What is the pass mark for the Theory Test?

If you are preparing for your theory test, you are probably wondering what mark you need to pass it.

The theory Test

Firstly, the theory test is divided into 2 sections:

Multiple choice

Hazard perception

You will need to pass both these sections to pass the theory test.

Multiple choice

When you start the theory test, you will first have to complete the multiple choice section. This is 50 questions from a 14 categories. You will first be given 47 questions which you will have to answer A,B,C or D. Before question 48, you will be shown a video. After this video, you will be asked 3 questions based on the video you have just watched. This section is called, 'Case study'.

To pass this section, you will need to answer at least 43 questions correctly.
