End-User License Agreement (EULA) Agreement

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the Theory Test Hero mobile application ("App") developed by JNJN LTD ("Developer").

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not install, access, or use the App.

1. License Grant Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions You shall not: a. Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it. b. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or attempt to derive its source code. c. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice from the App. d. Use the App in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Intellectual Property The App, including but not limited to its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and audio or video content, is the property of Developer and is protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use the Developer's trademarks or service marks.

4. Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. The App may collect and use certain information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination This Agreement is effective until terminated. Developer may, in its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied. Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the App remains with you.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, even if Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

9. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Developer regarding your use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
